Se remitió el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado Sexto Civil Municipal de Manizales para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales decida sobre la acción de tutela presentada, toda vez que de acuerdo con el Art. 1° del Decreto 1382 de 2000, ordena que las acciones de tutela dirigidas contra entidades del orden nacional sean repartidas a los Tribunales.
La norma en cuestión ni determina competencia, ni mucho menos establece reglas para cambios de competencia una vez esta ha sido fijada.
